# Logistics, connected.
Fewer status chases.

Workflow automation and AI agents for logistics operations. Connect shipment documents, incoming updates and exception handoffs so people can act on the work that needs attention.

The workflow

## Turn scattered updates into a usable operating picture.

- ### Receive an update

Collect order, shipment or document context.
- ### Match and route it

Connect the update to the right operational record.
- ### Resolve the exception

Give the team a clear owner and next action.

## An update should not become another manual task.

A proof of delivery arrives by email. An order reference is incomplete. A customer asks for status and the answer sits in another system. The effort is in matching the information and deciding who needs it.

We start with one operational lane or document flow and map its sources, IDs and handoffs. A consistent reference model matters before adding AI.

## Connect the information around the movement.

A workflow can capture documents, extract candidate references, match them to the right record and route uncertain items to operations. Approved status updates can then reach the appropriate team or customer.

We assess TMS, WMS, email and document access individually. A technical connection does not by itself make a record accurate or a customer notification appropriate.

- Proof-of-delivery and shipment document intake
- Missing-information and status follow-up
- Exception ownership and customer handoffs

## Make exceptions easier to resolve.

A clearer exception view lets operations focus on the shipment that needs attention rather than check every record manually. The right source document and latest update should travel with the handoff.

Start with document turnaround, manual status checks or exception age. We can pilot one lane or document flow, reconcile the result and expand from there. Decision authority and recovery rules are agreed with operations.

A little clarity

## Questions worth asking.

Can this run alongside a TMS or WMS?

When supported access is available, yes. We assess APIs, exports, permissions and vendor constraints before committing to an integration.

Will it automatically dispatch vehicles?

That is not the default scope. We begin with document and communication work; operational decisions require a separate assessment of authority, safety and failure consequences.
