Privacy

Privacy at Working Pace.

This notice explains the data flows used by this website and how to contact us about your information. Updated 22 October 2026.

Browsing the website.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Requests to the site pass technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time to the hosting service for delivery, security and operational logging.

We do not add advertising pixels, cross-site marketing trackers or a separate website analytics script to this version of the site. Your browser may cache public assets.

Enquiries and email.

The email option opens your email application to send a message to jake@workingpace.com. The website does not submit that message in the background or claim it was sent. Your email provider and our Google Workspace service process the message when you choose to send it.

We use the contact details and business context you provide to respond and discuss potential work. Please do not send passwords, patient information or confidential client records through an initial enquiry.

Appointment booking.

The booking page embeds Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you visit that page, Google receives the technical information needed to display the scheduler. You can also open the Google booking page directly.

The booking form asks for your name and email address and uses those details for the appointment and invitation. Google’s privacy policy also applies to its service. We use the appointment details to arrange and attend the conversation.

Your choices and questions.

You can email jake@workingpace.com to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or ask us to delete it where appropriate. We may need to retain information for a current engagement, a legal obligation or a dispute.

Project-specific data handling, confidentiality, access and retention requirements are agreed separately before implementation. This website notice does not establish the data handling terms for a client project.
