Systems integration

Your tools. Working together.

Connect business systems so information follows the work. Working Pace designs integrations that reduce re-entry, keep records aligned and make failures visible.

Connect our systems
Soft silver surfaces in an open sky landscape.

Choose a source of truth for each record.

Two tools can both store a client, but they rarely mean exactly the same thing by one. Before connecting systems, we identify which owns the record, which fields should travel and who can change them.

That prevents a faster version of an existing data problem. We map IDs, required fields, permissions, deletion behavior and conflict rules before moving production data.

Make connections your team can trust.

We can connect CRM, email, project management, documents and internal databases when their access methods and permissions support the workflow. Available APIs, vendor limits and licensing affect the implementation.

Webhook or scheduled sync, the integration needs duplicate protection, retry rules and an owner for exceptions. We document what syncs and what does not.

  • Visible failures, reconciliation and recovery

Migrate carefully, then simplify.

We test on representative records, reconcile a limited rollout and agree on a recovery path before broad use. Historical data cleanup is scoped separately from ongoing synchronization.

The result should be a simpler operating process, with less copy-and-paste and fewer questions about which record is current.

A little clarity

Questions worth asking.

Can you connect software without an API?

We assess supported exports, imports and other access methods first. Browser automation may be possible, but permissions, reliability, maintenance and vendor terms must be considered before choosing it.

Will an integration sync everything?

Only the information and actions agreed in scope. Clear ownership and selective synchronization usually work better than copying every field in both directions.
